Filipe Ferreira, born in Madeira, has been a cornerstone of our team for 15 years. As a certified guide and instructor by the International Canyoning Association (ICA), he ensures every client feels completely safe during every descent. Beyond being our ‘Swiss Army knife’ of outdoor skills—whether running, hiking, or climbing—no one in Madeira handles ropes with the total mastery Filipe does. Born in Madeira, Tiago has guided with us for around 10 years. He is certified by the International Canyoning Association (ICA) as both a canyoning assistant and instructor. In addition to guiding, he volunteers with the Madeira firefighters, gaining valuable experience in mountain rescue. His local knowledge, technical training, and calm approach help ensure that every canyoning experience is carried out with the highest professional standards.

Lisandro Nunes was born in Madeira and has been guiding with us for around 10 years. He is certified as a canyoning assistant by the International Canyoning Association (ICA) and has extensive experience guiding clients in the island’s canyons. Lisandro is known for his friendly, dynamic personality and a strong focus on client care. He pays close attention to every detail so that participants feel comfortable while enjoying Madeira’s stunning rivers and waterfalls.

Edgar Moya was born in Venezuela and has around five years of experience in canyoning. He is certified as a canyoning assistant and canyoning guide by the International Canyoning Association (ICA). Edgar has also worked as a guide internationally, including in Austria, Germany, Finland, and northern Portugal. Alongside guiding, he enjoys photography and video, often capturing moments from the experience. Edgar collaborates with us as a freelance guide.
