Our tour begins in Câmara de Lobos, a fishing village visited and painted on canvas by Sir. Winston Churchill in his first visit to Madeira. Here we have the opportunity to visit a wine cellar, tasting Madeira wine (except Sundays and holidays). After the tasting we go towards the Pico dos Barcelos viewpoint, where we can see a panoramic view over the city of Funchal. Then we go to another viewpoint, Eira do Serrado at 1094 meters above sea level, where we will have fantastic views over the Curral das Freiras.
Before returning to Funchal we still have the opportunity to visit Monte, where we will observe its beautiful gardens and the church. There is a possibility to go down to Funchal in the famous tobogans (not included in the price.)
